Ground Rake

For all types of riding surfaces

Ground Rake NLK
1. The „currycomb“ teeth are arranged in two staggered rows. It is their task to break up the ground surface of the arena, riding area, etc., which has been hardened and compressed by the activity of horses’ hooves and to thoroughly intermix the surface materials (e.g., sand with textile shreds). As soon as the tractor accelerates, these teeth start to vibrate and act like a „kitchen mixer“.

2. Behind the teeth the pivoting leveller blade is located that evens out the rotated ground surface, fills up holes and removes any unevenness

3. The tilling roller performs the third task: It smoothes out the last lumps, spreads, loosens and levels out the ground completely. In addition, it constantly brings the appliance back into alignment.

Ground Rake Roll

In order to create an even more multi-purpose “ Ground Rake NLK”, we have developed the advanced “Ground Rake Roll” . The idea is that the leveller is mounted to a chassis. As a result, there is no longer any restriction to the range of possible tractor vehicles used. In order to commence with the actual groundwork, the wheels can be raised or lowered hydraulically or mechanically depending on the tractor in use. The alternative options of a trailer coupling ring or a ball-headed trailer coupling are available.

Ground Rake Rain - Planen und Beregnen in einem Arbeitsgang

The „Ground Rake“ Rain is an extension on our multi-purpose leveller and is comprised of a special spray device together with a tank with a holding capacity of 400 or 600 litres. Main advantages of the system: The weight of the water barrel is not borne by the leveller and in no way affects ground working. The articulated mechanism of the leveller makes possible optimum curve work without displacement of ground material (scissoring). Two thirds of the water is channelled straight into the treaded ground and only the third row of jets effects spraying of the ground surface. Considerably less water is required. All maintenance work is performed at ground level. The mobility of the system makes possible its usage both outdoors and indoors. It can also be used on annexes without the incursion of additional costs. It is less time-consuming because of simultaneous ground processing and sprinkling operations.
