Scope

Stalls and a variety of outbuildings were already located on the approximately 2 hectares of land. It was possible to renovate several of the buildings and convert them for equine use. 80 new horse stalls, storage facilities and a modern office and jockey building were also integrated into the complex. The new buildings were constructed around a courtyard providing optimal space for 2 exercise at walk / lead on rein tracks.
The existing covered training track was refurbished and extended from 500m to 800m.
